YUM-O: Grilled Steak with Sweet Lime Salad

Everyday with Rachael Ray magazine had this recipe in one of its issues. I have made it twice now and it's a big hit for me and my sweetie.

One thing I forgot to say is that I forgo the mint. It's expensive and really not necessary. I made it with the first time and without this time - still tasted great!
